Patrick Farrell joined Lila
Delman Real Estate International in 2020 and teamed with his wife and business
partner, Nicole Maine. Prior to LDRE, Patrick served as a Vice President for
Bank of America in the Corporate Leasing Division, preceded by a successful
career in the mortgage industry where he managed multi-million-dollar mortgage
pipelines as the Managing Director and Owner of a Mortgage Brokerage firm here
in Rhode Island.
